[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Offsite Help Desk and Call Center Services support for Call Center development, workflow, and services to support students, faculty, and staff in the areas of Learning Management Systems, Account Management, etc for government authority.
(2) Vendor should work with authority to help resolve computer issues either by phone, email, and walk in support or project requests.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite/offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our/their office location.
