Government Authority located in Rajasthan; India looking for expert vendor for Call Centre Services.
[A] Budget: Rs 1,28,34,000/-
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Manning of Call Centre for Government Authority.
(2) Vendor should submit tender document with Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 3,21,000/-.
(3) Vendor needs to pay INR 2100/- to Government Authority directly to obtain the RFP document.
(4) Vendor shall be required to handle all type of calls / queries / complaints / requests / sales leads related to various services provided by operator over phone and provide solutions to the problems of the customers.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite/offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our/their office location.
