[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide third party claim adjustor services to an inside claims adjuster for triage,
- If a claim is significant enough to be triaged as priority, complex and/or is a large loss claim, claims manager may directly dispatch a field adjuster and shall advise them if they are to handle the claim to conclusion or report to the claims adjuster,
- Process a complete claim processing cycle, which includes but not limited to: complete claims handling from initial intake, first report, issuance of claims payment through final closures of the claims. Claims will also include subrogation recovery and pursuit, when applicable, following issuance of claims payment,
- To advise and consult with the Contract Manager on all large loss claims,
- Claims adjusters shall negotiate an agreed upon scope and repair estimate with designated licensed contractor,
- Field Adjusters must contact CH within twenty-four (24) hours upon receiving claim related information from inside claims adjuster or claims manager,
- All inspections shall include photographs of the property address from the street, as well as an overview of the damaged areas, a close up of the damage, and photographs documenting the cause of- loss and cause and origin of the loss,
- Field Adjusters must submit a written report with estimates to inside claims adjuster within ten (10) days of receiving their assignment and shall adhere to the same diary and reporting guidelines as inside claims adjusters,
- Inside claims adjuster maintains all files on a twenty-one (21) day follow-up diary, unless otherwise noted in their claim file notes,
- Inside claims adjusters shall review diary report weekly and report any inconsistencies and errors to claim manager,
- Invoices/claims that are submitted to the appropriate location but have been altered, or are inaccurate, or do not provide all necessary information will not be accepted and will be returned for correction, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2019.
