(1) Vendor needs to provide certified electronic payment processing services to the government authority located in New Jersey.
- In–Person Payments with printable receipt
- Telephone Payments
- On-Line Payments
- Acceptance of E-Check payment method.
- Processing services shall accommodate consumer convenience fee funding models
- Electronic payment applications must integrate with current Core Accounting GovPilot software.
- 24 / 7 Web payment collection application access - Real-time detailed transaction reporting: current day and historical.
- Real-time credit and debit card authorization and decline process.
- E-mail confirmations
- Ability to process multiple payment items from multiple departments – allows consumers to make payments for multiple items simultaneously through a single “card swipe” or entry.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 20, 2021.
(3) Contract period will be two years.
