(1) Vendor needs to provide benefits administration services for third-party administration.
- Eligibility and enrollment administration, including but not limited to transmission of eligibility files and/or enrollment files to vendors providing medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc. benefits and/or administrative services
- Billing and payment processing
- COBRA administration - third-party administration services including, but not limited to, an on-line enrollment system for employee benefits, benefit calculation capabilities, record keeping, benefit payments, health care plan management, COBRA administration, closed loop payroll integration, and a call center to assist Employees with navigating their benefits.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on February 10, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
