Vendor needs to provide fuel card and management services that will give designated employees from approximately 30 County departments the ability to procure gasoline and diesel fuels from a large selection of retail fuel stations to the government authority located in Angleton, TX.
- online account management and reporting, consolidated billing in electronic format, card embossing and issuance, reports in electronic format, to include Excel spreadsheets, and professional customer service
- preventing unauthorized purchases in the event a card is lost or stolen, the card must have the capability of having a two-component authorization
- fleet fuel card must be capable of capturing
- capable of capturing, calculating and reporting
- Use of fleet card shall be capable of being restricted in certain instances given the direction.
