(1) Vendor needs to provide customer credit card payment services to the government authority located in Conroe, TX.
- Requires a proposal for a vendor to provide a customer credit card payment service utilizing IVR (interactive voice response) and a web-based payment service to be used to facilitate customer credit card payments,
- Internet and IVR and via a POS system,
- Credit Card Payment
- List type of cards accepted
- Provide your toll-free phone number
- Facility must operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Telephone Based – Interactive Voice Responses Credit Card Payment System
- Each entity with 1-800 numbers for credit card transactions as well as free services and all fees passed to the user as a convenience fee
- Provide accessible customer service to the customer and the Tax Office
- Compliance with Visa rules and regulations for the application of convenience fees to non-tax payments
- Vendor to provide free training services,
- Deposit funds directly into a specified bank account
- Provide multiple user names and passwords
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 10, 2022.
