[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide employee health savings account program administrative services.
- Support County with engaging education tools and materials, customizable trainings, and periodic onsite support
- Electronically receive initial and ongoing enrollment files and payment information for employee and employer contributions
- Provide County access to invoice and payment information
- insured interest-bearing savings account and integrated investment options
- Provide participants access to their HSA accounts via debit card, online bill pays and/or direct reimbursement to their personal bank accounts.
- Pay claims in a timely and accurate manner
- Offer access to an integrated mobile app
- Maintain IRS compliant plans and provide employee tax forms in a timely manner.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 16, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 21, 2022.
