[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide private market fee validation and third-party administration services
- Fee Validation Services:
- Vendor will provide comprehensive monitoring and reporting for all private market investments including, but not limited to, private market commingled funds, fund of funds, and direct and co-investments
- Vendor will prepare and provide staff with comprehensive monitoring reports that give an update of each Fund, direct and co-investment vehicle with a detailed evaluation of Fees, Expenses and Carried Interest for the reporting period along with any relevant data that would assist in monitoring the investment
- TPA Services:
- Vendor will provide back office, accounting and reporting services with respect to all existing and future private market investments including, but not limited to, private market commingled funds, fund of funds, and direct and co-investments
- To a benchmark, commitment reports detailing commitment activity and commitment pacing with respect to the Portfolio’s investments and quarterly cash flows, and investment highlights and valuations.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2022
(3) Intent to respond must be submitted no later than June 28, 2022.
