[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide claims filing services.
- Provider will securely obtain and maintain data from the funds’ current and prior custodian banks.
- Provider will monitor the funds’ assets for losses which may have resulted from a violation of federal or state securities laws or from a breach of any duty owed to the funds.
- Provider will identify any such losses and file any and all claims necessary for the funds to recover losses, or to participate in any class action litigation, anti-trust action, settlement, or other recovery.
- Provide an audit of the funds’ past claims.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 14, 2022.
