[B] Scope of Service:

 Vendor needs to provide injured on-duty consulting and administrative services.
- Claim Administration Services
- Provide comprehensive claims administration services focused on medical and case management for municipal injured on duty claims.
- Review all medical bills, prescriptions and apply payment in accordance to the state rate setting commission.
- Negotiate fees for injury related treatment and surgery.
- At the direction of the agency, service provider will issue checks or vouchers for all payments.
- Services provider may be requested to recommend policies and procedures for injured on duty and injured on duty retired cases
- Service provider will file liens against related third-party claims and litigation as appropriate.
- Service provider will provide job descriptions and agency work capacity forms for all doctor appointments until a return to work full duty is achieved.
- Service provider will work closely with the agency to ensure the medical management of each claim is handled appropriately to reach an end medical result for all claims.
- Service provider will provide utilization review on all claims and nurse case management, if needed.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
