[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide third party medicaid billing services.
- Provide medicaid administrative claiming and school health and related services in person and via a secure web-based platform for medicaid billing for an estimated 500-600 students
- Administrative support: contractor shall assist with data entry for school health and related services claims
- Submit student information on a minimum of a monthly basis to state medicaid and healthcare partnership for electronic eligibility match
- Support in the process of tracking parent consents for school health and related services billing
- Track and reconcile paid claims to state medicaid and healthcare partnership, including follow up on claim denials, holds, and resubmission of rejected or denied claims.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2022.
(3) The term of contract will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
