(1) Vendor needs to provide telecommunications billing services to receive agency’s Telecom Invoices in an electronic format (EDI, CD ROM, or Internet) to the government authority located in New York, NY.
- Consultant shall compare the total amount of the current month to the previous month, to a three-month average, and finally to a six-month average to identify variances from such billing averages.
- Resolution of Billing Issues
- Update and maintain an electronic database of agency's telecommunications portfolio
- Customer Support
- Archive agency Call History
- Rate and Discount Analysis
- Cash Flow Analysis
- Expense Audit
- Price Optimization
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2022
(3) The contract period will be for three years.
(4) Pre-bid conference will be held on June 28, 2022
