(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrator services for network development and maintenance, claim adjudication and associated administrative services for Group Dental Benefit.
- Third Party Administrator (TPA) services to a self-insured group dental insurance plan for its eligible active population
- Promote efficiency, accuracy and a superior customer experience for the participants by providing state-of-the-art processes and services
- Customer Service representation for employee questions concerning dental claims processing
- Coordination with outsources COBRA and Premium Invoicing services
- Ability to receive and transmit both manual and electronic enrollment and tracking information.
(2) A bidder conference will be held on July 12, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 26, 2022.
(4) Contract period will be three years.
