(1) Vendor needs to provide FSA and HRA spending accounts services.
- Agency administers its benefit program for around 2,800 active members and 1,150 retirees members.
- Agency is self-insured for medical coverage and contracts with an administrator to process claims according to agency’s plan design.
- A full complement of spending account administration services is requested to provide excellent member services to agency and its employees and dependents.
- Provide agency with customized and flexible spending account administration for its active employees and eligible retiree group.
- Agency requires a high level of customer service for its employees, retirees, agency Human Resources, Benefits Team, and Finance Team.
- The account management team for agency should be proactive in bringing ideas and solutions to the agency team.
- Agency also requires a high level of professionalism with the vendor’s customer service and account management team, so the correct benefits information is provided the first time.
- Agency is requesting that the spending account administration company put agency’s needs first and have a willingness to partner for the long term.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2022.
