(1) Vendor needs to provide third party 340B audit services
- To provide independent audit services of its 340B programs at its Share Hospital and respective child-sites, along with its three Ryan White and one Hemophilia Covered Entities. Audit should simulate an onsite Health Resources and Services Administration audit and must occur annually at each covered entity for a 3-year engagement.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 9, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
