[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide property, casualty, and workers compensation third party claims administrator services for general and auto liability, workers’ compensation, property damage, and others.
- Actively communicate with the Risk Manager, City Attorney, and City staff, and to provide status reports and evaluation performance metrics on regular basis
- Administer liability claims, insured or otherwise
- Administer property damage claims
- all property and casualty claims and experience data, both open and closed, from the data base system of incumbent TPA to successful Proposer’s computer database system to allow analysis and reports of that data
- Assign one experienced adjuster to the City’s account to administer the liability and property damage claims, and one to administer workers’ compensation claims If necessary, medical only
(less complex) claims can be administered by another adjuster.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2022.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
