(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrator service for grants and technical assistance to small businesses negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Design and conduct outreach and marketing activities necessary to generate leads for the program
- Design and manage applicant process
- Develop and manage grant recipient selection, award, and oversight process
- Assist with marketing and outreach including placing marketing materials on City’s website and social media channels, if feasible, and by providing marketing materials to City partners.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 25, 2022 and August 26, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 30, 2022.
