[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide benefit service provider for the group benefits programs medical, dental, long-term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, health spending account, life and learning account (personal spending account), and business travel accident.
- Best practice approaches and a solid service record with respect to claims adjudication and claims turnaround
- Competitive plan cost
- Current or enhanced service expectations
- Added-value benefits (i.e., proactive communications on emerging trends and issues for plan sponsor; tools, products and services, website resources for members)
- Excellent regular and ad-hoc reporting capabilities
- On-line flexible benefits enrollment and administration tool for new hires, life changes, and annual re-enrollment
- Preferably, utilize a bundled approach with one or two service providers; however, unbundled approaches may be considered where service deliverables and cost outweigh a bundled approach (e.g., AD&D and business travel accident may be with placed with a separate provider)
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 7, 2023
