[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide dental plans administration services.
- Dental plans network management including claims processing and payment, and operational compliance with federal and state mandates
- Eligible employees, eligible retirees, and their covered dependents.
- Two dental plans, same or similar to the current dental plans. The two plans include one self insured Dental Preferred Provider Organization Plan (DPPO) and a fee-forservice Dental Health Maintenance Organization Plan (DHMO).
- Self-Insured Dental Preferred Provider Organization Plan (DPPO)
- Fully-Insured Fee-for-Service Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO)
- All full-time and part-time employees in authorized positions are eligible to participate in the FCPS dental plans.
- Weekly electronic enrollment data will include active employees, retirees, and COBRA participants and their covered dependents
- Transmit enrollments, changes, and terminations one month prior to the effective date and between three (3) and six (6) months after the effective date. Contractors shall perform manual eligibility updates, as necessary.
- Sufficient capabilities to manage urgent/emergency enrollment situations, either by email, spreadsheet or access to the Contractors’ online enrollment system or other electronic means available
- Claims Administration, Payment, and Coordination
- Member Services
- Account Management
- Benefit Plan Compliance and Communications
- Cyber/Information Technology insurance in the amount of 1,000,000 USD per occurrence and annual aggregate including coverage for costs of third-party notification, credit monitoring, and fraud protection
- Dental plan
- Unit price or fee for each participant
- Total number enrolled and aggregated by the account structure designated by FCPS
- Invoice period
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 28, 2023.
