(1) Vendor needs to provide third party claims administration services for insured workers’ compensation program.
- services that include: bill review, utilization review, Medicare-Set aside, or other specialty managed care services
- Executive summary and TPA company overview
- Claim staffing expectations and claim handling philosophies
- Monitor claim trends and audit claim handling procedures to ensure a high level of customer service and best in class claim service deliverables
- Process all claims, including but not limited to investigation, reserving and payment, filing reports, negotiating and settling claims
- Review each legal bill for accuracy.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 10, 2023.
