[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide medical billing services for emergency medical services, basic life support ambulance services in addition to any advanced life support bundled billing contacts.
- Audit of trip reports: Trip reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Data Entry: Enter all patient and trip information into a computerized database.
- Billing: Perform computerized billing and, when available, transmit submissions to all medical insurance companies for payment.
- Telephone follow-up: Perform telephone follow-up on delinquent accounts to insurance companies.
- Utilization review: All rejected third part payer claims, when appropriate.
(2) The contract term will be two years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
