[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide flexible spending accounts, COBRA administration and retiree billing services.
- FSA provides employees the opportunity to pay for medical, dental, vision and hearing out-of-pocket expenses on a pretax basis.
- FSA provides employees with an opportunity to pay for child or elder dependent care out-of-pocket expenses on a pre-tax basis
- third-party administrator will be responsible for all facets of the day-to-day operational administration including, but not limited to, adjudication and payment of claims, customer service, advisory and compliance services, employee communications, account management, as well as reporting.
- Provide an option for Enrollment capability through an online portal.
- Provide and administer a website and online administration for participants
- Account for deposits and disbursements from each employee’s account.
- third-party administrator will be responsible for all facets of the day-to-day operational administration of COBRA and Retiree administrative services including, but not limited to, customer service, advisory and compliance services, employee communications, COBRA notices, account management, premium billing and collections, as well as reporting
- Establish billing, collection and reconciliation of insurance premiums and administrative fees for enrolled participants
- Provide experienced personnel with expertise that can effectively address all legislative, enrollment and billing COBRA/Retiree questions from participants as needed for problem-solving and excellent customer service.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 13, 2023.
