[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide third-party medicaid billing services.
- Provide third-party Medicaid billing services beginning with the 2023-2024 school year.
- Have the capacity to accept and process both electronic and paper service tickets for filing claims.
- Complete all data entry related to School Health and Related Services claims. Describe your claims process.
- Ensure a quality management system to that includes, but is not limited to:
a. Demonstrated ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
b. Aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Have the internal capacity to assess and ensure that all SHARS claims are at least 99% correct within +/-3% error with a confidence level of 95%.
- Provide relevant, as needed training to District personnel to ensure legal compliance and efficient claim processing.
- Submit claims on a timely basis, as determined by the District, provide notification when claims have been submitted, and repeatedly resubmit rejected claims, as necessary, to obtain alignment with floating Medicaid eligibility periods.
- Respondent shall provide corporate personnel dedicated solely to SHARS claim processing, management and support
- Provide-assistance during audit of District’s SHARS program.
- Web based documentation systems shall support the latest versions of the following browsers for desktop and mobile devices:
a. Firefox: Latest version plus three (3) previous versions
b. Chrome: Latest version plus three (3) previous versions
c. Safari: Newest
d. Mobile App/Safari for iPad
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 24, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
