(1) Vendor needs to provide Medicare advantage plan services
- The plan is for the benefit of eligible former employees who are now retirees of the City
- The component services desired by the City include a provider network of physicians, hospitals, and specialists; benefit claims adjudication; medical care management (preauthorization/utilization management, concurrent review, specialty case management, disease management, demand management, population management, and case management); quality management; cost-containment programs; regulatory
compliance; and advisory services to the plan administrator
- Proposers must clearly identify the services they are proposing in response to this request for proposal. Proposers must also state their limitations regarding co-existence with other Proposers.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 17, 2023
(3) A contract term will be for five years.
