[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide banking, purchasing card and custodial services to maintain all commercial banking services with one financial institution to maximize cash flow and minimize administrative costs to the government authority located in Calabasas, CA.
- Provide positive pay, electronic fraud protection, online tax payments, electronic deposits and disbursements, online wire entry, online stop payments, cleared accounts payable check files compatible with an ERP system for upload, current and previous day reporting, and sweep accounts.
- Process the deposits of cash or checks at local branches upon occasion.
- Provide online and email notifications of deposit issues
- positive pay services with online transmission of check details.
- Provide online access to cleared check images
- Provide monthly activity statements and reports for all accounts.
- Online banking with internal administrator’s access and authorization to manage online user accounts and authorization
- Provide online access to reports for Purchasing card transactions, summary statements, spending analysis, and ability to perform online administration
- Provide online access to reports for Investment transactions, summary statements, and ability to perform online administration.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 21, 2023.
