- Generate a WC-1 and obtain a claim number from the State of Hawaii for each new claim.
- Provide claim supervision in accordance with industry standards, generally consisting of; investigating and reporting claims, preparing and administering required payments, preparing required regulatory submissions and assessing and responding to claim issues
- Provide Systematic Index Bureau Checks – Automatically checking a national data bank to determine whether claimant has ever been involved in another accident
- Contractor shall provide a list of what is included within this Medical Management category and how it will be charted to the claim file.
- Designated claims management information system – representative services.
