[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrator services for workers’ compensation, general liability, automobile liability, and cost recovery subrogation claims handling and risk management.
- Administrator shall have substantial experience handling workers’ compensation, general liability, automobile liability, and cost recovery subrogation claims
- Administrator receives, processes, analyses, communicates, assigns to outside counsel, and/or, if warranted, resolves claims.
- Administrator shall have an established claims review process.
- Administrator shall be responsible for reporting all workers’ compensation, General Liability, and Automobile claims to its various insurance carriers.
- Administrator shall ensure that all claims from various offices are in compliance with proper claims handling policy and procedure.
- Claims reflect accurate department location codes.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on March 21, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 23, 2023.
