[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire recovery fee billing service to the government authority located in League City, TX.
- perform billing and account receivable services for the City’s Fire Department for Fire Service Fee Recovery
- Fire Service Fee Recovery:
- Preparation and forwarding of bills for services and supplies to insurance providers only,
- Insurance verification,
- Account follow-up on denials and appeals with insurance companies,
- Accurate and timely review of claims to verify completeness and compliance,
- Proposer will collect revenues. The Proposer will submit an invoice to show total collected per month, and the percentage fee to be paid by the City
- Must provide paperless document management and scanning of all insurance company correspondence and allow secure online access to view and audit these records,
- Vendor must accept MasterCard and VISA credit cards as a form of payment,
- The City must be able to view, access, and audit all accounts through the internet
- Fire Revenue Management System:
- All software related costs, including upgrades and support, must be provided at the vendor’s expense,
- Must allow custom software modifications, as requested by the City, on a continuing as needed/requested basis,
- Reporting:
- provide all standard reports available through their system via an internet-based reporting system.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 24, 2023.
