[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide special education Medicaid claiming and support services for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.
• A Medicaid Consultant(s) to confer with District personnel to update the district on changes to regulations, eligibility lists, special transportation requirements, and prescriptions. Work with district on Medicaid audits.
• Claims – Submit claims, validate for accuracy and confirm eligibility requirements are being met inclusive of the proper documentation. Ensure audit compliance and make recommendations to optimize resources while ensuring that students’ needs are served. Do all activities related to Medicaid Support Services including but not limited to:
• The Medicaid Consultant will work with our Medicaid Coordinator and our Director of Special Education to establish systems and structures for our district
• Review of rejected claims
• Eligibility List
• IEP reviews and checking for accuracy and completeness
• 2 annual meetings with District in October and April
• VERIFY:
 Providers are not on exclusion list Provider meets required credentials  Providers are not “double dipping”
 IEP’s are thorough and align with services rendered – scope and scale
• Collect Session notes from Frontline / Paper (Currently 2 providers)
• Medicaid Cost Report – compile information and input data to PCG system
o Supplemental Form – Input in PCG system notes & input
• Monitor one time Medicaid Consents
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 17, 2023.
