[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation claims administration services.
- Each examiner assigned to the account shall have a caseload not to exceed 150 open indemnity claims,
- Each claim assistant assigned to the account shall have a caseload not to exceed 300 open medical only claims,
- Provide all forms necessary for the processing of benefits or claims information including the Employer’s Report of Injury, Form 1, medical service orders, return to work slips, lost time information reports, vouchers, checks, and other related forms,
- The TPA shall conduct a three-point contact process for reported claims. Contact will be made with the non-represented injured worker within twenty-four hours of receipt of a claim,
- The TPA shall select a panel of general practitioners, specialists, hospitals, and emergency treatment facilities to which injured employees should be referred, as approved by the City, and the TPA shall regularly review and update the panel.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 20, 2023.
