[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire season recovery and payables support services to voucher process and recovery package preparation support services to the government authority located in West Sacramento, CA.
- Recovery processing support: to process review of vouchers and recovery document collection daily and deliver that assigned allocation to approvers by the end of day.
- Payable’s processing support: one or more individuals shall act as subject matter expert to support staff with the following:
a. Voucher processing: includes invoices for local government and cooperative agreements following business processes.
b. Penalty invoice processing defined business processes for small business and disabled veteran business enterprise invoices.
c. Billing Validation of external agency costs billable requiring voucher processing for payment.
- Database visualization and report design: utilizing existing tools of access, internal systems and Microsoft PowerBI, the contractor will assist in the creation of new information products based on existing data sources and internal legacy reporting channels associated with the emergency fund and past fire activities represented financially.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 15, 2023.
