[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation annual loss cost filings services.
- To work with the Division’s Chief actuary and staff actuary, who will be performing an internal review of the filing, to understand any differences or issues found in each parties review.
- The Respondent shall keep the Division actuaries apprised of the status of the review and shall report to the Division’s Chief Actuary (or his appointee) indicating work completed during the period, work in progress to date, findings and recommendations to date, and a summary of work remaining to be performed, by September 3, 2023.
- To provide written and oral testimony regarding The Respondent analyses and conclusions at the public hearing, anticipated to be held in September 2023.  This hearing will afford interested parties the opportunity to comment on NCCI’s filing; and
- It is anticipated that the consultant actuary will represent The Respondent at the hearing, which could be a virtual or in-person hearing based on a decision at a later date.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 16, 2023.
