[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide utility management and billing services to the government authority located in Texas.
- Provide utility usage monitoring, ensure continuity of utility services, utility account management, setting up Districts/Divisions user accounts on vendor system and setting up and disconnecting utility accounts on behalf of agency.
- Project Manager must:
- Be the day-to-day transition of the services in accordance with the requirements of the contract.
- Possess the skills and qualifications required to ensure that the tasks defined in this document can be successfully performed.
- Contract Manager must:
- Handle contract-related questions and resolve problems that arise.
- Account Manager must: Be responsible for addressing issues related to the operation of the contract for agency utility accounts and have the ability to address and correct any issues related to a customer’s account.
- Customer Service and Technical Support Call Center:
- Vendor must provide a customer service and technical support call center accessible by a toll-free phone number and available to customers Monday through Friday, (excluding federal and state holidays) from 8am to 5pm central time.
- Provide customers access to a database with the ability to capture invoice transaction data for current and historical reporting purposes
