[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide ASO medical administration service.
- Benefit program for around 3,600 active members and 1,200 retiree members.
- Self-insured for medical coverage and contracts with an administrator to process claims
- Administrator also provides access to provider networks.
- Benefits package also includes dental and vision insurance, in addition to flexible spending accounts, company-paid basic life insurance with optional supplemental coverage and AD&D, and company-paid short and long-term disability. - Complement of medical administration services is requested to provide excellent claims,
medical management, and member services
- Medical: Condition management, precertification, maternity management, Hi Cost Radiology communications to employees, retirees, and dependents.
- Medical claims financial and procedural adjudication accuracy is required, and performance guarantees.
(2) A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on March 30, 2023.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 28, 2023.
