[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide medicaid billing service for behavioral health, nursing health services, occupational therapy, physical therapy, special ed transportation, speech therapy.
- Ability to generate interim medicaid billing automatically
- Will also serve as the documentation for the various disciplines and will also qualify as adequate documentation in the event of a medicaid audit.
- Maintain electronic records for all services entered, not just those that are medicaid eligible.
- Update web-based product and software with respect to state specific concerns
- Will be housed and backed up on a secure server
- Have the ability, but not required, to interface with current district software. The district’s IT department will determine if this will be approved.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 29, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
