(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation claims administration services
- to prepare and submit a proposal for third party administration services for the City self‐insured Workers’ Compensation program,
- looking for a TPA partnership which will deliver objective and measurable results that will reduce the cost and duration of Worker’s Compensation claims, provide claims processing in a timely and professional manner, actively pursue subrogation, assist in returning injured employees back to work and maintain strong communications with the injured worker and the City.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 31, 2023.
