- electronic payment service that would allow usage of payment types like E-Check, credit card, debit card, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo and any other valid electronic method available in the market, including all equipment, processing, reporting, credit verification and ticket transaction services
- Portal service and equipment to be provided for payments methods like on-the-counter and on-line.
- electronic payment system whereby valid Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cardholders, checking and savings bank account holders, and holders of any other payment method available in the market, may transact various municipal payments electronically subject to the account/card holder's available limits
- Solutions shall be provided for collection of payments, in-person specified by department; over-the-counter, on-line.
