[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor should answer call center, call answering and support services.
(2) Contract period shall be for three (3) years and it may extend for two (2) additional one year periods.
(3) Vendor must be able to provide service Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
(4) Call Volume is not mentioned in RFP document. Historical Call volume was between 6000 to 9000 per month, which comes between 24,000 to 30,000 minutes per month.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
