[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide billing and collections services
- Unbilled Accounts Receivables – Unbilled Entry Error and Resolution: Unbilled errors exist in the system(s), where data has not crossed from Allscripts to Eagle. Support is needed to capture and review the patient’s demographics for the required billing and insurance information, and ensure it is updated in the billing system (currently Eagle). Proposer will need to provide a solution for this portion of the billing process
- Claim Submission: Proposer will need to provide qualifications and experience with the claims submission process
- Aged Accounts Receivables – Account Follow-up: Proposer will need to provide qualifications, experience, and solutions for managing account follow-ups for aged accounts receivables. Proposer should also provide process for follow-up on governmental accounts, including on-shore resources
- Aged Accounts Receivables – Claim Rejections: to provide qualifications, experience, and solutions for managing claim rejections for billed accounts receivables
- Aged Accounts Receivables – Denial Management: to provide qualifications, experience, and solutions for managing denials for billed accounts receivables
- Cash Posting, Remittances, and Reconciliation: to provide qualifications, experience, and solutions for managing cash posting, remittances, and reconciliations on paid accounts  
- Credit Balance and Refund Management: to provide qualifications, experience, and solutions for managing credit balances and refunds
- Reporting and Dashboards: provide proposed RCM key performance indicators, sample dashboards, and sample reports.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2023
