(1) Vendor needs to provide third-party administration service for the direct management of workers’ compensation claims.
- workers’ compensation claims receive an appropriate review and, if determined, award of benefits and medical care, all claims adjusting personnel assigned to Program must meet standards of training, experience, and skills
- to manage and control all aspects of daily claim administration
- TPA shall maintain all loss information and provide scheduled reporting.
(2) A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on November 2, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 8, 2023.
