[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide credit card processing provider service to the government authority located in Hawaii.  
- A security and quality control plan to ensure total confidentiality of VRL and customer data and financial information.
- A business continuity plan that shall include the identification of a backup facility with the same capability as the primary facility to ensure its ability to complete this contract in the event of disaster rendering the primary facility inoperable.
- Proof of PCI DSS (payment card industry data security standard) compliance EMV capability.
- Data breach protection and protocol if a data breach occurs.
- A demo CD or DVD illustrating the composition and functionality of the important transaction screens in the proposed system.
- The demo should also include sample of agency reports required to reconcile daily transactions and other key management reports.
- Technical support during normal business hours monday through friday from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm state standard time, including holidays and during critical agency deadline periods.
- A listing and cost (if any) schedule of over the counter and in the field equipment, software and technical requirements to accept credit and debit cards.
- Ongoing monitoring of the system with deficiencies corrected promptly.
- A data base backup and recovery plan.
(2) The contract term will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
