[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide fleet fuel cards service to the government authority located in Alberta.
- Fuel cards shall have the capability to pair, for authorization and tracking purposes, a vehicle license plate number, equipment item number or vehicle identification number (VIN) with a designated employee through the use of a vehicle PIN number or driver ID number.
- Fuel cards shall block all cash advances from banks, automated teller machines, retailers, merchants or any other location providing such advances. Provider shall ensure that all accounts are blocked from this type of activity.
- The successful proponent shall furnish an online tool for real time 24/7 account management and reporting processes.
- Provide an on-line, real time, web-based charge card management services to ECSD with the ability to reconcile accounts and feed transaction data into electronic accounting tools.
- Additionally, the system shall have the ability to provide e-receipts for purchases if requested and to detect and electronically notify cardholders and ECSD of suspected fraudulent or inappropriate transactions.
- The web-based account management tool must include security features that prevent unauthorized access to account and cardholder information.
- Set control parameters for fuel cards to the division specifications.
- Shall maintain an on-line master database for the review of control parameters and charges by card numbers.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 14, 2023.
(3) A contract period will be for two years.
