[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide community risk reduction billing service to the government authority located in California.
- Billing procedure:
- Mailing, printing of invoices, internal workings.
- Cashing procedure:
- Payment processing fee, internal schedule of procurement and deposit into city finance department.
- Customer service:
- Retrieving phone calls, returning phone messages, accessibility, designated email address, designated phone number, etc.
- Consultant shall propose a typical billing schedule by account type. Consultant must also submit for approval a summary of their collection methods and the specific time frames used for these methods.
- Transmit billing date electronically to all customers accepting electronic claim submission.
- Consultant must make best efforts to collect the maximum amount possible for all billed services.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 13, 2023.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
