[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide merchant credit card processing services.
- Recognize the potential associated with a high volume of credit card sales coupled with a low chargeback history that has existed at the College.
- The College expects to continue to expand credit/debit card operations with additional merchant accounts as needed with additions covered under the same contract(s).
- A credit card chargeback to any College merchant account is infrequent. In the period from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023, JCCC incurred 24 chargebacks totalling less than $5,800.
- Reduce and/or contain the overall cost to the College of accepting payment cards (credit, debit, etc.).
- Improve and/or enhance the receipt of agency's transmission of payment card data reporting and depositing.
- Reduce the amount of college staff time needed to administer the program and perform reconciliations by providing self-service tools to the merchant accounts through the use of:
A. Detailed reporting via the internet
B. Individual, electronic statements for each merchant account
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2023.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
