[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide medicaid student and health related billing services.         
- Provide ongoing education and training to approximately 155 school employees concerning the Medicaid and Student and Health Related Services program in order to help maximize efforts and funds.
-  Monthly eligibility reports by campus and alpha order
- Consent reports
- Transportation
- Reports for the Cost Report Preparation
- Claims Filed
- Claims Denied
- Agency Remittance and Status Reports
- Claims Paid by Service
-  It is the intention of agency to establish one or more contracts with qualified vendors to provide Medicaid & Student and Health Related Billing Services.
- Vendors are encouraged to offer their total line of available products and services that are commonly purchased by governmental entities, school districts, and other public, not-for-profit agencies and organizations.
- Any applicable Vendor terms and conditions should be included for the products or services offered.
- Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any items included by Vendor in this section.
Awards will be made to the successful Vendor(s) for the total line of products and services submitted. Proposals can be made for any or all services and products described herein. The terms and conditions listed below apply to all categories and lots within the Fundraising Items. Each category and lot contains additional terms, conditions, and specifications. If there is a conflict between category or lot terms and conditions and those listed below, the category or lot terms and conditions shall take precedence.
- Vendor is required to ensure that the Purchase Order includes the following, as applicable:
• The contract number, lump sum price, start date, schedule, and notice to proceed. The schedule will include the mobilization, materials purchase, installation and delivery, design, weather, and site clean-up and inspection. No additional claims may be made for delays as a result of these items.
• Agency currently files claims for Medicaid reimbursement of services.
• Agency currently is utilizing the services from Agency to provide a platform for billing.
• The District sends claims for transportation via email to Agency for processing.
• Approximately 403 service providers will be billed.
• The District utilizes Skyward and Embrace and the vendor will need to interface with those programs
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 15, 2023.
