[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide employee third party benefits administrator services.
- Provide all administrative services including, but not limited to onsite information meetings, onsite enrollment, online enrollment and administration.
- Firm must assist administrators and committees in determining which products
- Firm must conduct annual surveys of insurance product performance and status to assure
- provide customer service representatives that are easily accessible.
- Firm will be responsible for providing all enrollment materials]
- provide a toll-free telephone line and internet access for customer service
- Firm must work closely with Comal to determine plan design and types of insurance products to best serve the employees of Comal
- Firm must work with carriers in developing pricing and benefits designs
- Firm will report any recommendations concerning possible improvements or changes in approved products to administrators and staff
- Firm will advise payroll department of any changes to billing methods and act as advocate for the district in negotiating changes
- Firm will act as liaison for plan operations to assist with the resolution of employee and administrative problems as they arise.
- Firm will provide an online enrollment system that is capable of transferring enrollment data to selected carriers and payroll systems.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2023.
