[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce employer of record services to the government authority located in Texas.
- The Employer of Record to provide wage payment services
- The Employer of Record selected will not be required to supply staffing. - Payroll administration, including enrollment of clients, payroll distribution on a weekly or biweekly basis and payment of federal and state payroll taxes
- Provide workers compensation insurance on all clients set up under this project for wage Payment
- Provide administration and maintenance of all employment and payroll records, payroll
processing, remittance of payroll and taxes, including the provision for the distribution of payroll
time sheets and checks, for all clients enrolled under this contract.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 8, 2023.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
