[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide eCard reward program to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.
- Create and customize an eCard reward program for employee recognition purposes
- The Lottery desires to continue utilizing a link on our agency intranet with a URL containing.
- All activity shall function in “real time”.
- desires to have the program customized with branding/logo, theming, verbiage, colors, layouts, etc. Occasionally, changes could be requested to the messaging on the program welcome page.
- The desires to have page banner images as part of the program and pop-up sliders on the landing page.
- shall be the administrators of the employee program.
- shall have the ability to designate functionality by agency email address. Points shall be assigned to specified email addresses with associated cost codes.
- shall have the ability to add or delete employees.
- All employees shall have an account. will provide the Contractor with email addresses and associated cost codes and designate which ones are Managers/Directors. Only users designated as Managers/Directors shall be able to see and use the custom transfer of points function. Points shall be restricted so Managers/Directors cannot spend points which have been allocated for transfer.
Points shall be tracked at issuance and redemption
- Program shall have the capability to broadcast emails to remind employees to redeem points and the capability for bulk upload for agency-wide point awards
- Once an eCard choice has been made, an email confirmation shall be generated containing the details of eCard order and delivery.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 6, 2023.
