- Provide the following services: Third Party-Administration the agency self-funded medical plans; Pharmacy Benefit Management; Life Insurance Plan Administration; COBRA Administration; Employee Assistance Programs; Flexible Spending Accounts; and Health Savings Accounts.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for five years.
